John Diamond

Attorney John Diamond is a Certfified Family Law Specialist as determined by the California Board of Legal Specialization.  After only five years of practice, he was among the youngest (in practice years) California attorneys to become a Certified Family Law Specialist.  He has always acted in his clients’ best interests, and most judicial officers who know him welcome his point of view.  He has been asked to sit as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Superior Courts of both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.  His expertise and understanding of custody and visitation matters, especially children’s psychological issues, gives his clients the edge in most contested custody battles.

Additionally, working with my father and drawing on my experience growing up with him, as well as my experience with my own daughters has given me tremendous insight to the importance of the parent-child relationship, that has proven invaluable in his ability to help families in high-conflict situations.

John Diamond has over 12 years of experience handling family law cases throughout California.  John adamantly believes in the value of a strong parent-child relationship, and that’s why he continues to devote himself and his practice to helping families resolve their legal matters as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

John has been asked to sit as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Superior Courts of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. These achievements have only strengthened John’s expertise, understanding, ability to build compelling and effective cases that give his clients the edge they need in most divorce and child custody battles.

Divorce and child custody battles can be an overwhelming, difficult, and exhausting process for both parents and children. In John’s eyes, there is nothing more important than protecting children who are going through this complex process. It’s crucial that children have as much stability as possible, which can only happen when both of their parents have the opportunity to be a part of their lives. It is for these reasons that John continues to be an advocate for children and parents in the courtroom. A father himself, John has tremendous insight into the importance of a family relationship, which has proven invaluable in his ability to help families in high-conflict situations.

John obtained his law degree from University of La Verne College of Law in Southern California. In addition, John is also a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Utah.

Joseph Diamond

Attorney Joseph Diamond has worked heavily in California family law for over 12 years, handling cases involving such legal issues as divorce, spousal support, child support, and custody and visitation.  These types of cases can be highly contentious and very stressful, yet Joseph is not afraid to tackle high conflict cases in order to protect his clients’ rights and best interest.

Joseph is a certified public accountant, as well as an attorney. This gives him a special advantage in understanding and analyzing his clients’ financial status, which is especially helpful in many divorce, child support, spousal support, and property rights cases.  Furthermore, Joseph has the ability to dig into all of the data presented by both parties, and present a cogent argument to the court that will show why his client should be awarded specific assets, why or why not support should be awarded, and why his client is the best parent to provide a stable family life for the children.

Family law cases involve the most important aspect of many people’s lives—their family. Joseph knows first hand the value of strong parent-child bond, and that’s why he remains committed to protecting these relationships and helping his clients reach an outcome that satisfies their unique needs.
